Henley Investments is pleased to announce the appointment of Jay Squier as Managing Director.
Jay, who joins Henley from Native Land, will be responsible for the development and asset management of the company’s diverse portfolio of multi-sector projects across the UK and Europe.
His appointment comes as Henley continues its strategic expansion into key markets, strengthening its leadership team in line with the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Henley is currently overseeing several major urban regeneration projects in London, Manchester, and Birmingham, in addition to delivering 6,500 homes and supporting amenities on a 650-acre site at Ebbsfleet Garden City.

Lisa Hollands, a renowned residential advisor in London, with a 35-year career including her role as Managing Director of CBRE’s residential business.
Stephen Peters, who has enjoyed a 40-year career in real estate, most notably as Managing Director of People for Places South.
Nick Stonley, who has held numerous Managing Director roles throughout his 40-year career, including at Berkeley Homes.
